A. Shipping takes 10 business days.

Q. Can I return my cigarettes?

A. Cigarettes may be returned if they are unopened, however you must pay the shipping fee if the error is yours in ordering your cigarettes. If the error was a result of Mybutts the shipping fee is on us.

Q. What are my payment options?

A. Online check processing through WebCheck or mail by money order or check. (When using money order proof of age is required)
